Rented Victory Breeze for a week at the shore as part of a family reunion. Incredible property. Had 8 adults and 5 kids and it was more than comfortable. The place was so nice the only downside was I didn't want to leave and head down to the beach. 10/10 will rent again.

We stayed at Victory Breeze property in Avalon over Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing, unforgettable weekend. We were a group of 17 people for my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration with friends. John was a very responsive host; answering all questions and checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. The house exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean (floors, bathrooms, bedding...all spotless), beautifully decorated and offered more amenities than I could possibly describe. The kitchen is huge and has anything you would need for a stay...including a separate beverage fridge, two Keurig machines, electric griddle for pancakes - to name a few standouts. The owners pay a lot of attention to detail, even labeling where things belong in the kitchen...it makes them as renters and their property stand out. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The deck off the main living space was beautiful, with tables and chairs, and spaces to lounge. We happily hung out there often. The backyard area is also great - the pool is perfect and heated, has a great BBQ. There were bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards to use. The location couldn't be beat - 2 blocks from the beach (which has a lifeguard chair at that entrance) and a few blocks from town. The kids were able to take advantage of walking on their own to both. Stone Harbor is a short drive from the house. We rent often on the Jersey Shore and this house is by far the best we have ever rented. Would definitely rent from Victory Properties again!

The Victory Breeze is a beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great and the Victory team wonderful to work with before, during, and after your stay.

Victory Breeze was a beautiful, well maintained home in Avalon. John was a very responsive owner and was very easy to work with. My family would not hesitate to rent from Victory Properties again in the future!

Just stayed at Victory Breeze NYE 2023. It was spectacular. Home was beautiful and very clean. Owner was very responsive and eager to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Can’t wait to return with friends next year!

Had an amazing NYE week in Avalon with 7 close friends and stayed at Victory Breeze. The house was beyond perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped and great location. We typically only rent from Victory Properties because it’s a guarantee that all your expectations for a great vacation stay will be met. And this did not disappoint! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

What a fantastic week our family just had at Victory Breeze! The property met all of our expectations and more while hosting our little international family reunion of 17 people...ages 14 - 79! The house is gorgeous, the layout was fantastic with plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some quiet time. If you like to cook which we do & DID.... the kitchen is PERFECT! We had formal dinners on the upper porch and informal fun dinners by the pool. Our host John could NOT have been more gracious and helpful delivering an extra table so we could all sit together, a golf cart, surfboard, and more! We even had an emergency room visit for a dislocated shoulder on the beach our first night and when I texted where do we go? John was on the phone in under 30 seconds helping me. John obviously created Victory Breeze because of the love he has for his family and our family just LOVED it too!

Just finished a week at Victory Breeze with my family of eighteen children and grandchildren. We love Avalon and John was so accommodating during our stay. We have also stayed at Victory Sunrise and it accommodates our family slightly better than the Breeze, but either property is a great rental for a large group. I can’t imagine getting a better experience from another property manager.

Our family took our first vacation of the year and it was one of our favorite homes to stay at. John has been an incredible host and has been accommodating throughout the trip; excellent communication and quick turnaround. Victory Breeze is exactly as depicted on the site and my daughter has been left in tears as she said goodbye on our last day. It was a very enjoyable rental and the heated pool was the absolute highlight of it all, along with the terrific decor and serenity. Thanks to John for adding another memorable experience to the books!

We had the best time at Victory Breeze!! This house came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Everything in the house was amazing and the layout and amenities were perfect for our group! Will definitely rent another Victory property in the future.

Our first experience with Victory properties convinced us to visit a second time with our extended family. The property is not only beautiful but also well thought out for the needs of a multi generational family while at the beach. The house had all the necessities and luxuries to enable our group to relax and enjoy time together. John is attentive and eager to ensure your time in Avalon at one of his properties is memorable. Very grateful to have the lifetime memories we created while staying at Victory Breeze and can't wait to return.

We stayed at Victory Breeze, and it was fantastic! Perfect set up for a large group with 7 bedrooms and a really large open kitchen/family. The entire home is updated/modern, and was spotless. The very private backyard with a pool is a nice added bonus.

Our stay at both Victory Breeze and Victory Sunrise met every expectation. Both houses were clean, spacious with great amenities and close to the beach. John was responsive with every general question we had and there were no issues at either of the properties. We will definitely be looking to book in the future.

Victory Properties is the best! Our big family has rented through Victory 2 summers in a row for wonderful family vacations in Avalon! We’ve stayed in Victory Breeze & Victory South, and both properties offer generous living space, well kept bedrooms and bathrooms, and luxurious outdoor spaces with pools! Aside from the five star properties, what sets Victory apart is the incredible high touch service throughout the experience. From the moment we booked to our vacation week, John went above and beyond to answer any questions and help make the stay as perfect as possible for our family, including coming by the house the first day when we couldn’t figure out something with the pool. Planning a family vacation for seven couples isn’t easy, so having John there to quickly respond and help us out for anything we needed makes a huge difference. We had an amazing week at Victory Breeze! We’ve rented homes in Avalon in the past and they never live up to the pictures...but this home does! John is great to work with and has a lengthy list of services to make it a true vacation. Would recommend John and his properties to anyone!

Victory Breeze is a beautiful home! We stayed here before my wedding with some of the wedding party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There are plenty of rooms to accommodate a large group of adults, although I’d love to come back with family members and kids too! The large open layout of the kitchen and living space were ideal for getting ready. Everyone had plenty of space and there is even an additional family room which can be used as a bedroom if needed. Watching the sunrise from the deck was beautiful and we loved taking the short walk to the beach. The back yard and pool are perfect!! The house was clean and really well decorated. One of the guests walked in and said “this is the nicest house I’ve ever been in!” So there ya go! We were also able to walk home from downtown Avalon! Great location!

Incredible weekend at an amazing property. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and Victory Breeze was a big part of that. John is a true professional and I would highly recommend booking with him and his team. Thanks again!

Victory Breeze - Beautiful house, the kitchen is amazing!

The Victory Breeze property was flawless! The house was just as described, and the pool and outside areas were very well-maintained. The house is thoughtfully decorated for a large group as well. The communications from John were very helpful and always timely. John is very approachable and quick to respond to any questions and concerns.

My extended family and I stayed at Victory Breeze while in Avalon for a family wedding. The house is spectacular from top to bottom - there were enough bedrooms (and bathrooms) for three families plus kids. The house is beautiful and everything in it is done right - with a heated pool and located a block from the beach to boot. Great outdoor spaces to hang out in as well. John was an amazing resource throughout the entire process and always only a text away once we were checked in. We will definitely look into renting the Victory properties again! Great location, plenty of space, and additional amenities at Victory Breeze. Our group will definitely return to this lovely property.

My family and I stayed at Victory Breeze on a snowy weekend in January for my Dad's 60th and we had the time of our lives! The house was unbelievable. I was so impressed upon entering and continued to be so, as we walked around. Every detail was impeccable. There was plenty of space for all of the adults (and many littles) and the home's decor was absolutely gorgeous; it gave me ideas for my own home:) The owner, John, was incredibly easy to deal with and got back to me so quickly. When I asked for a later check out, he let us stay all day! He was fantastic! Even my brothers, whom normally like to stay alone with their families, agreed that they would love to stay there with all of us over the summer (and we are looking into that). The outside looked gorgeous too. We really could not have had a better experience. Thank you, John and Victory Breeze!

My family stayed at this beautiful property and had a faboulous time. The close proximity to the beach coupled with design features made it a house that no other can compare with. Not to mention the added feature of a pool down the shore provided my kids a great place to hang out and feel refreshed after a long day at the beach. Victory breeze is appropriately named. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in Avalon at Victory Breeze. John could not have been nicer or more accommodating and that made the experience so enjoyable. The house is beautiful we enjoyed the fireplace and being able to spread out on 3 floors with every amenity to make our stay memorable
