The location was great/convenient - we could walk to the beach and boardwalk very easily. The house and fenced in yard provided plenty of space for our large family. Gorgeous rental property!

Rented a Victory property in Avalon for the first time in September and it was fabulous. More so than the property being very nice, the service was excellent! Very responsive to email, text or calls. Great communication. Highly recommend

We just spent Beach Week with college friends & families at Victory Jewel. We spanned 3 generations, and the house fit our varying needs quite well. Great hot tub, and roomy accommodations. Plus, the pool table was fun!

We rented a beautiful home in Stone Harbor this summer with Victory Properties. We loved working with John, Brad and the entire Victory team. The home was perfect and we also rented a golf cart and the daily beach setup — both were incredible additions and game changers from a convenience perspective!

We had a wonderful week together as a family at Victory Breeze in Avalon. Both John and Brad responded promptly, were professional in every aspect, and made us feel as if we were their most important concern in all of our dealings. Though we unfortunately were there during Hurricane Erin’s march up the coast, the house was beautifully appointed, spacious enough for our extended family, with children five and under, and just a delight to spend the week in together. We had such a wonderful stay at Wildwood Sand Castlet beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The Victory Sunset Property in Avalon provided the perfect setting for our vacation with friends. The house is huge and fabulously decorated. You cannot beat the views from all of the rooms and decks facing the bay. The pool and jacuzzi were great and we also all really enjoyed fishing and laying in the bay on the rented bay mat. The extra amenities and the service provided by John took this year's vacation to the next level. Any questions we had regarding operating anything in the house were met with an immediate response. If you are looking for an effortless vacation in a beautiful setting on the bay the Victory Sunset is your place!

Victory Cove was even more wonderful than we expected. The house is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space for friends and family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for big family meals. From the booking process to check out, John and Brad answered all my questions immediately.

We just rented Wild Seaview through John and Victory Properties. The location was perfect as we were beach block an easy walk for my 90 year old mom and the lifeguard station was right there where we grabbed the beach wheel chair everyday for her. The condo was awesome, very clean, great decor, new appliances and was very well equipped with high quality kitchenware as we cooked quite a few nights. Great views of the ocean from our deck! We had a fantastic stay at your property "Wild Sand Castle". Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us. The kitchen was great, the back patio with the grill and table as well as the outdoor shower were very useful. The front porch was well used in the morning and early evening. The kids loved playing in the park next door when we came back from the beach. The walk to the beach was very doable. We vacation in a new location every year, this just may have been the best ever!

Victory Vista was a glorious waterfront property We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This level of detail and thoughtful design was appreciated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking/serving meals for a large family Paper towels provided and laundry detergent which is always nice, comfortable beds, and we loved the outdoor seating and loungers by the water The bay views are perfect and the sunsets are truly gorgeous. Best rental house we ever had. It was clean, it was spacious, and any question we had was answered. There was a slight problem with the pool heater and when we called, someone was sent over immediately and it was fixed. Very, very good service.

We stayed at Victory Grace in Avalon over the 4th of July. John and Brad at Victory were great to work with and very responsive. John even found us 6 bikes at the last minute since I forgot to rent them. The linen service is worth its weight in gold. The house was beautiful and we loved the outdoor living space and pool. It was a great spot for my family with three young adults to spend the week. Looking forward to returning next year.

Victory Sunrise is a beautiful property. It was perfect for our large group. Location was perfect for beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to John for making it easy!

Great experience all around!

Our extended family enjoyed our second rental through Victory Properties, renting Victory Sunrise in Avalon for a week in 2025. The property was clean, close to the beach, and has ample space for a large family, particularly the common areas of kitchen and family room. The kitchen is well appointed with extra amenities such as ice maker, beverage refrigerator and large island to gather. The pool area was so nice with the sun shelf, hot tub, pool, shaded bar and lounging areas. Our family loved this property. It is so easy to work with John to rent the property and we know he and Brad are a call away if needed. We rented the Tradewinds property in 2024 which is beautiful, well maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the Avalon downtown and close to the beach. It was spacious, stocked with essentials and the elevator was welcome given mobility issues of one of our family members. John was so easy to work with, finding us this property for our family stay. I would highly recommend Victory properties for your rental needs.

This is my 2nd time renting Victory Sunrise, and there isn't a single thing I would change about this house, this location, or Victory Properties as a company. The house is gorgeous and so clean you'd think you're the first person to ever walk in. This year we noticed new dinnerware, new cookware, and new glassware in the massive kitchen. Having linen service included makes this feel like a real vacation in comparison to many other rentals that begin with sweating over putting sheets on so many beds! Highly recommend Victory!

We stayed at Victory Breeze property in Avalon over Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing, unforgettable weekend. We were a group of 17 people for my daughter's Sweet 16 celebration with friends. John was a very responsive host; answering all questions and checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. The house exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean (floors, bathrooms, bedding...all spotless), beautifully decorated and offered more amenities than I could possibly describe. The kitchen is huge and has anything you would need for a stay...including a separate beverage fridge, two Keurig machines, electric griddle for pancakes - to name a few standouts. The owners pay a lot of attention to detail, even labeling where things belong in the kitchen...it makes them as renters and their property stand out. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The deck off the main living space was beautiful, with tables and chairs, and spaces to lounge. We happily hung out there often. The backyard area is also great - the pool is perfect and heated, has a great BBQ. There were bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards to use. The location couldn't be beat - 2 blocks from the beach (which has a lifeguard chair at that entrance) and a few blocks from town. The kids were able to take advantage of walking on their own to both. Stone Harbor is a short drive from the house. We rent often on the Jersey Shore and this house is by far the best we have ever rented. Would definitely rent from Victory Properties again!

The ice cream house Victory Property in North Wildwood was a spacious, clean beach vacation house for our family (6 adults and 2 children). It was walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We would rent from Victory Properties again! Thanks John and Brad for all your communications.

Rental was very clean. Easy keyless access. Laundry facility on premises was a time-saver.

We rented Wild Funnel Cake. The house itself was beautiful and the location was great. We also rented a golf cart, which was waiting for us when we arrived. We did have an issue with the golf cart not charging, but Victory Rental got back to us immediately to help us figure out the issue (it was something we were doing wrong, not a golf cart issue). The downstairs neighbors were also so nice! It was so great having a full garage so we never had to look for parking and we could leave our beach stuff in there as well.

We rented Victory Stroll. The property was terrific and extremely convenient to everything. I don’t think we moved the car all week. It was great to work with John and his team. They were great to communicate with from beginning to end. Everything was perfect!

We rented Victory Sunset and the home and amenities exceeded my expectations and the property listing. Everything in this home is set up for the enjoyment of a luxury vacation at the Jersey shore. The house and yard were immaculate, well built, well supplied, and made for the best rental we have ever had anywhere. We've been renting property at the Jersey shore for decades! We had a wonderful stay at Victory Jewel this month. The house was full furnished and stocked to meet the needs of our family, including 3 king bedrooms to accommodate all of the adults comfortably. John and his team were always responsive and so lovely to work with. Any question or need - no matter how small - was dealt with immediately and always with a smile. We can’t imagine renting from anyone else. We’re Team Victory from here on out!

We just returned from what our four adult children described as one of their favorite weeks together. Our home on 22nd St in Avalon was the perfect size for our large crew, with room to spare, and was very well appointed with kitchen appliances, bedding and towels(which takes up valuable packing space to bring our own), beach equipment, games and entertainment, and the location is perfect to town and the beach. This was our easiest vacation to plan and we are already talking about coming back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Victory Grace property. It was a beautiful home, in a great location, views of the sunset and 1 block walk to Dune drive, so easy for me to get to Isabel's and the Princeton and Preppy Palm which are my favorite spots! The beds were also very comfortable which is important in my opinion, so huge win there and awesome amenities with the pool. Couldn't have asked for a better stay =)

We rented over Memorial Day weekend. This house is the most relaxing house i've stayed in from the covered porch, beautiful pool and spa to the best beds, pillows and showers! Ideally located close to the beach and town, with outdoor decks appointed with comfortable furniture, perfect for our group of 5. The house was cozy with modern amenties, comfy sofa, beds with nice linens, and a beautiful additional wet bar area at the front of the house for some extra space for beverages. Extra ice with the ice maker was something we didn't know we needed! Communication with Victory was terrific, and made for a very easy check in/check out. Loved having the linen service, leaving one less thing to worry about when packing for the week. Can't wait to go back, the countdown is on.

We've stayed at Victory Cove 3 or 4 times, and it's a lovely, well-maintained property, perfectly situated close both to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Avalon. The heated pool is a nice plus, with an adjacent, enclosed outdoor shower, so we can wash off after a trip to the beach and then take a swim in the pool. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped (from flatware to small and large appliances and cookware), the furnishings are tasteful, and there's plenty of seating and dining space. The master bathroom is absolutely luxurious. The management company, Victory Properties, was very attentive and responsive to our various inquiries. I can't say enough good things about the property of the management company, and we're looking forward to staying again next year.

I’ve rented down the shore for many years but this was the first time renting with Victory. It did not disappoint. They make it so easy to rent and you don’t need to pack things like linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. They ensure you have a great experience and are extremely responsive with anything you may need to make your vacation memorable, even something as simple as batteries. John and his Victory team are simply the best way to go when renting down the jersey shore.

We stayed at Victory Sunset for one week for our annual family gathering. The sunset views were stunning, so much so that we ate dinner at the house every night because the setting was so beautiful. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fudgie Wudgie rental in North Wildwood. My experience at this Wildwood beach vacation rental was nothing short of spectacular. This massive home comfortably fit our two families and friends. Great location, short walk to beach & boards. Newly designed interior with thoughtful amenities and outstanding service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features of this rental was the attention to guest comfort. The bathrooms were spotless and the rental came equipped with all the beach essentials – chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler – making it incredibly convenient to make the most of the sun and surf without any hassle. Lastly, I must commend the property management team for their exceptional service. From the moment I inquired about the rental, their responsiveness and willingness to address any questions or concerns were noteworthy. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and their local recommendations added an extra layer of personalization. We took advantage of some of the extra, for purchase ammonites, they provide like a Beach Caddy, which I highly recommend. If you're looking for an unforgettable beach getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend booking this rental. We had a wonderful week at the Wild Ice Cream Rental in NWW. I definitely got all my steps in during long walks on the sea wall and walking to all of our favorite bars/restaurants. The house had extra beach chairs which was a plus. The fenced in yard was very safe and convenient for my small dog. The neighborhoods were also very friendly!!! #lovethosewildwooddays

I have been coming to Avalon for over 40 years. To have direct access to the water and bay right out your back door and only 4 blocks to the Ocean is about as close to perfection as you can get. We enjoyed paddle boarding and fishing off the dock during the mornings and evenings when it was cooler and made the short commute to the beach when the days warmed up. The only part of our week that trumped how beautiful the home was were the sunsets we enjoyed every evening from multiple decks over looking the bay. John is a great host with a great property. Hope to be back soon.

Just finished a week at Victory Breeze with my family of eighteen children and grandchildren. We love Avalon and John was so accommodating during our stay. We have also stayed at Victory Sunrise and it accommodates our family slightly better than the Breeze, but either property is a great rental for a large group. Victory Sunrise is absolutely spectacular!!! We fell in love with this stunning property, it's location, cleanliness and atmosphere right away! This house is beautifully decorated and provided plenty of room for our family vacation. The house is spacious with a great layout for a large group.. The kitchen island is most impressive and can seat 10 plus adults. There are plenty of beds (all new very comfortable mattresses) and bathrooms to accomadate everyone. Never ran out of hot water… The location is fantastic, only one short one block walk to the beach and close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The home has many extra perks to make your stay amazing, ice maker, bikes, beach chairs, extra refrigerator, elevator and the list goes on…. The pool and hot tub are a huge bonus with a beautiful design and manicured landscaping. John from Victory Properities was very helpful and professional and always available for questions and house instructions.. You won't be disappointed if you choose to make this your vacation home!

The house was incredible! Perfectly located in Avalon, the pool and hot tub were heated and the backyard/bar was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Our family had a wonderful time at Victory Sunset. We had an amazing view of the sunset every night from the back decks. John went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile. We rented Paddle boards and kayaks that were at the property and ready for us. So much fun!

We loved our experience with John and Victory Properties. The house was exactly what we wanted/needed with more amenities than we anticipated. The property our group stayed at was well taken care of, kitchen was amply equipped for cooking for a crowd and there was plenty of seating and space to enjoy indoor and outdoor time. John was always responsive and helpful. Everything was made easy for us to enjoy our trip- including the rental services of paddleboards and a mission mat. We will be renting again!

I’m updating my review from last year after last year’s stay at Victory Breeze. We just got back from a stay at Victory Sunrise, which exceeded our expectations. Victory’s Properties are gorgeous, so well-maintained and stocked. Sunrise is a large property, but still felt cozy for my family, giving us so many options for fun, including the pool, spa, beach with beach chairs, shopping in walking distance, etc. Most importantly, John was very attentive and responsive during both of our stays. Guest experience is obviously very important to him, regardless of day of week. I highly recommend any of Victory Properties locations. You will not be disappointed!

My sisters and best friends planned the best bachelorette party for me this past weekend in Avalon but the best part of it all was the house!! So much room to spread out, clean and fresh and John was so helpful!! Hoping I can come back again sometime!!!

Victory Sunrise is beautiful! The design of the home allows for large gatherings of friends and family, which is always important for us when making memories. In the backyard, the bar, with ice maker, refrigerator, and television, allow for hours to pass with laughter and smiles while the pool and hot tub is always a favorite for both young and old. The heart of the house is a well appointed kitchen with an island that gathers all in conversation with food and drink. The adjoining living room adds to the spaciousness with couches that are measured in yards and allow for quiet napping or watching television and cheering for your favorite team. Every floor has luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms with a designer's touch present everywhere you look. It wonderful to start the day on one of many decks as the morning arrives, then spend a perfect day at the beach. After the lifeguards have left and the sky rewards you with a glorious sunset, we head home to an evening of fun, friends, and family... then start it all over again the next day at Victory Sunrise!

We had the best time at Victory Breeze!! This house came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Everything in the house was amazing and the layout and amenities were perfect for our group! Will definitely rent another Victory property in the future.

The property is not only beautiful but also well thought out for the needs of a multi generational family while at the beach. We have spent three family vacations at a Victory Property in Avalon. The house is wonderful.......clean, bright, incredibly equipped and maintained. Victory Sunrise was a perfect place to stay for our daughter's wedding at The Avalon Yacht Club. John is very responsive and the property was beautiful with plenty of room for 10 bridesmaids to get hair and make up done the morning of the wedding. I would highly recomend!

Our multi-gen crew had a great Easter weekend at Victory Sunrise. First of all, John was very responsive, helpful and professional. He accommodated our request to have a pool in April. They also have all the useful information and activites organized and curated and the payment process was a breeze. The house itself was wonderful - it was clean and spacious, had the amenities we desired for the kids and grown-ups to have fun or chillax and the location was superb! We would definitely love to go back during the summer. You will be in good hands with John and Victory properties!

Amazing house! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Even the house is spacious, it feels cozy and comfortable. The fireplace was perfect during our visit in February! The large kitchen was our favorite place to gather. Sonos sound system throughout the house is a great detail!

From start to finish this was truly a very enjoyable experience using Victory Properties. This impeccable house was the perfect respite for a fall weekend get-away with girlfriends. All of the beautiful details of the house made us feel special—the perfect bathrooms, the comfy seating on the deck, the spacious, wonderfully outfitted kitchen…. Had a wonderful long October weekend with 17 other members of my family at Victoria Sunrise in Avalon. The house was as impressive as advertised, the owner very responsive. Were happy to have some warm weather so we could take full advantage of the the pool and wonderful hot tub. A great place to accommodate 3 generations.

We rented Victory Gardens, Victory Breeze and Victory Sunrise for our families for my son's October 2021 wedding. All three properties were excellent! They were impeccably clean, all located within the same block (one block from the beach), and with wonderful layouts. We walked to the beach together to watch the sunrise, had coffee and breakfast on the beautiful decks, had dinners at the expansive islands/tables, and enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub/pools. Getting ready for the wedding was so convenient given the number of luxurious bathrooms in each house. John DePedro was very attentive to the point of sending someone over to take care of the trash during our family luncheon event. Thank you John for making our stay the very best! We highly recommend Victory Properties!

My family and I loved the house we rented from Victory, Victory Dunes. The location was great, right off the boardwalk, steps to the beach. The house itself was absolutely lovely. We felt like we were staying at the house of a friend, or a luxury hotel, not at a rental property. It was exquisitely furnished, kitchen was truly a chef’s kitchen. Flat screen TV’s in living room and each bedroom.The owners left some very thoughtful amenities like wine, beer, Prosecco, cookies, sunscreen, playing cards, etc. and there was shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in each bathroom. John, the house manager, was very responsive. I had a question about how to operate the TV and he responded immediately, and checked in with us several times during the week. Definitely five stars!

The Victory Bay property views and location are fantastic especially from the top floor. We spent the week enjoying e, skiing, swimming and relaxing on floats in the bay. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. Lots of steps. John was very responsive to address any questions we had during our stay.

Beautiful kitchen with up to date appliances, large living room areas but the best is the outdoor deck off the kitchen and living room, and the outdoor space by the pool! We had a great experience staying at Victory Beach. We understand its a new rental and they are still working out some kinks, but John was extremely responsive and he has really thought of EVERYTHING. All the extra amenities made this vacation truly relaxing and memorable from the minute we arrived! We will definitely be renting another Victory property in the future!

My family of 18 children and grandchildren stayed at the Victory Sunrise July 3-10. Some of the family members were driving from Boston, so they left early the morning of the 3rd to beat the traffic. Even though the house was not available to enter until 4 pm, arrangements were made to allow access to the pool and outside showers. The house is perfect for a large family or group and it is decorated and furnished beautifully. We also took advantage of some of the amenities offered such as the beach caddy and errand runners. John does s magnificent job of servicing your needs during the entire stay. He is very responsive to any requests and knows the go to places in the town. I would highly recommend staying at any of the Victory properties.

So happy to come across Victory Properties when looking at houses in Avalon. We hit a home run on our first trip there. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Having a pool onsite and beach nearby made for perfectly relaxing days. John Depedro made the process seamless from start to finish. Just stayed at Victory Sunrise for the week for a college reunion. Great location, lovely house, plenty of comfortable space for the whole group. The yard with heated saltwater pool and spa was amazing before and after the beach, which was only a block away. Restaurants and shops are another short walk of only a few blocks. John was very responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend for large groups.

Victory Sunset- Great house, great host, great time! We had nine family members from age 3 to 89 stay at the house. Some were in the pool, some in the hot tub, some at the beach, some fishing and crabbing off dock and some shopping$$$. A few keeper crabs were snagged off the dock along with a 3 ft shark by my 10 yr old grandson. He was happy to share pictures of the shark with his classmates that day. The house is so comfortable and we all enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening. John is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. This is our second time renting from Victory Properties but not our last.

We stayed at the victory Sunrise for a weekend. The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. The heated pool was the highlight of our time there, the sun shelf is perfect for little toddlers getting used to the water. Would definitely rent again.

Our family rented Victory Seaclusion last year and it was incredible!! We had a fantastic week...the house was spotless and the perfect set up for our family (adults/teenagers) with master upstairs and kids downstairs/room to hang out. It is beautifully decorated and is like walking into a home...not a rental. It's evident the care, thought and pride the owners put into their home! The kitchen was stocked with everything for grilling on deck, beds were very comfy and a great fire pit for smores at night!! It's a quick walk into town for array of shops/restaurants which was wonderful every night....the beach is walking distance as well which the kids loved. Truly an amazing house... It was our first trip and we can't say enough about John and Victory Properties!! He was fantastic to work with!! His professionalism, patience and knowledge of all things Avalon is perfection. He made our trip so much more enjoyable. From sunset spots to restaurant advice to arranging bike rentals he went above and beyond. So much so...we're returning this summer and CAN'T wait!! These Victory properties set the bar high. Victory Volley was spectacular and exceeded our expectations! Perfect size for our family. Clean, all amenities, WiFi, 1 block to the beach and so close to the restaurants/shops. Location location location. Can’t beat that! John is very responsive and great to work with.

Victory Sunset was a wonderful property for my family getaway. It had a terrific layout with plenty of room and wonderful views of the water. It was nicely appointed with everything you need to prepare great meals and enjoy cocktails at sunset. John, the owner, was always available if needed. Terrific location, walk to the beach or town.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is bright, airy, clean and perfectly decorated. Everyone can spread out yet entertain. We loved our time there and can not wait to rent again with this company. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. If you have a chance to stay here, take it! Victory Sunset is an amazing house! We stayed with a total of ten people and it never felt crowded. The floor plan is unique in that half of the bedrooms are on the first floor and half are on the third (with the living space on the second), which made it idea for two families to share and still all have our own space. The sunsets were incredible, location on the Bay was gorgeous and only three blocks to the beach was perfect. The updated decor and high end fixtures/appliances were fantastic! John was very responsive and so easy to work with. We will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week at the beach. The house was spacious, plenty of room to gather in the common area but bedrooms nicely spaced out if you needed some quiet time. So close to the beach and town. Kitchen was well stocked. Extra bikes/beach chairs in the garage was such a nice perk! Would definitely book again.

Great long weekend escape this fall to Victory Volley. Perfectly sized house with a very welcoming feel. Ideal location a block from the beach and a great deck with fire pit for the cool evenings. John was easy to work with and we are looking forward to renting with Victory again.

Our stay at both Victory Breeze and Victory Sunrise met every expectation. Both houses were clean, spacious with great amenities and close to the beach. We stayed a week here and everything was marvelous. The sunsets are terrific. The kids enjoyed the crabbing and fishing off the dock. Anyone can go to the beach but only a few get to experience the bay and this house is the place to do it!

Our extended family's (which included 6 adults and 8 kids) stay at Victory Bay was nothing short of superb. The beautifully updated house has unobstructed views of the bay and surrounding landscape. Our favorite activities included watching the breathtaking sunsets from any of the three decks (especially the top deck) and watching the kids (ours and their cousins) paddle kayaks and paddle boards over to the little island just across the channel. It was a short walk or bike ride to the amazing Avalon beach which we also visited daily. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket from Victory Properties as well as towels and bed linens for each guest. Between the linens provided and the new washer/dryer on the first floor there, we did not have to leave with very much dirty laundry which is always a treat. The house itself was notably spotless upon arrival. It is tastefully decorated and completely updated. The most private King Master suite on the 3rd level has a little TV room, spacious double-sink/shower bathroom and its own private deck. The other King Master suite is located on the first floor and shares a double-sink/shower bathroom with a Double (2 beds) bedroom as well as a deck with another Queen (1 bed) bedroom. The bathroom for the Queen bedroom on the first floor is just outside the bedroom in the hall and is the only room in the house without access to a bathroom inside the room but because it has a bayview and deck access we used this room for the third adult couple in our group. The main floor or 2nd floor has a well equipped updated, open, granite kitchen/dining area with seating for 10 (6 person table and 4 at the counter island). There is a comfortable living room area off the kitchen/dining area and a deck that runs the full length of the house with table and chairs. This makes that whole indoor/outdoor space great for entertaining, cooking and eating together. Also on this main floor is a Queen (1 bed) bedroom ensuite and a Queen (2 beds) bedroom ensuite (which look out the front of the house toward Ocean Ave) as well as a powder room off the kitchen. The house is spacious but it is attached to another similar house which the very kind and welcoming owner's extended family use. We did not hear any noise coming from them at all but can't speak to them hearing us! If they did, they said nothing of it. Once we sorted out the rooms and drew straws for the master suite on the top floor we settled in and relaxed. The outdoor space where we spent the majority of our time and easy access to the bay made it so we did not even miss the game room we were initially looking for when we started our vacation home search. Finally, John Depedro (the property manager), is very patient, accessible and accommodating. He makes it easy to want to write a complimentary yet thorough review. Victory Bay is a homerun in anyone's book!

This house is a fantastic location in Avalon, just a block to the beach, great ocean views from the HUGE front 2nd floor deck, a few blocks/quick walk to downtown. The pool is perfect size and the layout of location and size of bedrooms is great. Definitely recommend.

Great house and great location - we had the best long weekend. 1 short block to the beach and 2 blocks from the restaurants and shops. Great house for families or friends to share. House was well stocked and our kids even had their own family room with tv. We will look to rent here again and owner was available for any questions during our stay.

We rented two of Johns properties for our wedding weekend. The houses were fantastic. Amazing layouts, great for large groups, clean, and cozy. We can’t wait to find a reason to rent again!

Our large family group had an amazing time at Victory Sunrise for New Year’s week. John was a great host - very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The house was perfect for us - new, very clean, quality finishes, lots of amenities, and a great floor plan. Bottom floor was a great self-contained, separate sleeping area for families with small kids, upstairs provides another floor of mixed bedrooms, and main living floor is wide open allowing everyone to comfortably spend time together in the same space. Location is great as well - just a couple minutes to the beach and boardwalk one way, and downtown the other. Would absolutely come back for a similar occasion!

This house was wonderful! It was very spacious and super clean. Everything that we needed was right there in the house. Not to mention the sunset that u can see from the bay was breathtaking! I would definitely recommend...and would for sure rent again!

Hands down one of the most beautiful and cozy places we have ever stayed. It was absolutely perfect for our wedding party members! Enough privacy those that wanted it and the huge living room and kitchen island were amazing for having a great time throughout the night. Not only was it a great place to stay but we will forever have pictures of everyone getting ready on our wedding day in this gorgeous home and I cannot thank you enough for that. PS those couches on the living room floor outside are dangerously comfortable and I could have slept on the deck the entire night. Thank you!

Victory Breeze is a beautiful home! We stayed here before my wedding with some of the wedding party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There are plenty of rooms to accommodate a large group of adults, although I’d love to come back with family members and kids too! The large open layout of the kitchen and living space were ideal for getting ready. Everyone had plenty of space and there is even an additional family room which can be used as a bedroom if needed. Watching the sunrise from the deck was beautiful and we loved taking the short walk to the beach. The back yard and pool are perfect!! The house was clean and really well decorated. One of the guests walked in and said “this is the nicest house I’ve ever been in!” So there ya go! We were also able to walk home from downtown Avalon! Great location!

Beautiful home in a great location one block from the beach. I loved the layout of the house and loved the selection of finishes, colors, materials, fixtures, and decorations. The house has an extremely hospitable feel to it. It felt like a private home with the personalized decorations and the high end furniture, bedding and accessories such as glassware, plates etc. I would highly recommend this spacious home that everything you could want. Loved the hot tub and swimming pool area. First class all the way!!

Location, location, location! Girls weekend in Avalon New Jersey. I couldn’t be more pleased with the house, it was perfect. Exactly like the pictures, no amenity overlooked! Beach chairs, beach tags, and bikes available from the moment you walk in the door. A block from the beach and a short stroll to the restaurants, bars and shops makes this location a win-win. The home was immaculate! Everything was well done. The property feels like the beach from the moment you walk in. A well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, 6.5 bathrooms and an outside backyard to die for! More than enough space for us.... Perfect for a family/ friends or reunion. Bring the grandparents it has an elevator! The owner John was easy to talk to and promptly responded to our needs. Seriously a Great house, great location and a perfect getaway. House is set up with multiple “living spaces” indoor and out but feels cozy enough with plenty of space to spread out. We all make time to get away during the summer months, but this is a great off-season gem. Check it out.

This is our third year renting through Victory Properties for a small medical meeting. This was our third year renting through Victory Properties. We rented one house the first year and found it clean , efficient and convenient. That led to two houses the next year and two houses this year. Again, the houses were clean and ready for us as noted. They were large enough (five, five and seven bedrooms with adequate baths) to accommodate a large portion of the attendees. Everyone wants to be in these houses at future meetings. We are working on the time and the needs for the meeting next year.

Our family had a wonderful time in Avalon and much of the credit goes to John and the beautiful Victory Sunrise. Every detail was perfect, even the weather. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner in the back yard by the pool and with Johns guidance found a terrific caterer. From planning through check in and during our stay response was immediate. What a special place. Thank you for a memorable experience. We will be back.

Our group of 10 stayed at Victory South for a summer vacation. We had an outstanding stay. The house is in a great location with plenty of room to spread out for a large group. Looking forward to staying again soon!

What a wonderful property. Large enough for families, beautiful views of the bay and sunsets. The pool and hot tub were great with little kids who had had enough sun. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful and one block from the beach. We were eight adults, three kids and a toddler and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and cutlery and dishes for all of us. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our group. John, was beyond accessible and friendly for all and any of our questions during our stay and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was a treasure chest of wonderful suggestions which only served to make our stay better. Actually, I have nothing negative to say. We had a blast, the house was wonderful and working with John was seamless. We are planning to return again!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Victory Sunset in Avalon. The beach house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated accommodating many people comfortably. The sunset views were amazing every night. Pool and hot tub were added bonuses. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops close by. Highly recommend renting from Victory Properties. They have amazing customer service.

The house was perfect for our needs. Having the pool and bay right there was awesome. We barely went to the beach. Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing...had it all. John was a super responsive owner. Very likely coming back next year.

We stayed at. Victory Sunrise for a week in July. The house was fantastic. There were 12 adults and 7 kids under 4. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The location, which is a block from the beach, and three blocks to town was perfect. We walked everywhere. John is a great owner and is so accommodating for whatever we asked or needed. Just a great family time and we already signed up for next year.

We had a wonderful vacation in Avalon, NJ! We had a experience working with John from Victory properties from start to finish. We stayed at Victory South with our multi-generational family and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was perfect and had all the amenities we could have asked for especially with having two little children . John was attentive and easily accessible should we have needed anyting during our stay. I would definitely recommend Victory properties to anyone looking to rent in the Avalon area. Beautiful house! Gorgeous sunsets every night...the dock/bay area is a lot of fun. Pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Short walk to the beach. Only downsides were the beds/pillows were not comfortable at all and the kitchen was poorly stocked...cooking for 15 people with no tongs or spatulas for a week was a fun challenge!!

The Victory Breeze property was flawless! The house was just as described, and the pool and outside areas were very well-maintained. The house is thoughtfully decorated for a large group as well. The communications from John were very helpful and always timely. John is very approachable and quick to respond to any questions and concerns.

John and the Victory Properties team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Everything from the booking process, check-in, the stay itself and check-out were flawlessly executed. The property was no different—beautiful house and a great location just a few blocks from the beach and downtown. The layout was thoughtfully done with larger groups/families in mind—each bedroom having it's own bathroom, plenty of seating around the kitchen island and a massive couch that was perfect for movie nights. The pool and outdoor bar was also perfect for accommodating kiddos and those who did not want to go to the beach. We look forward to coming back without a doubt!

Perfect family vacation in Avalon! Property was clean and well appointed, great amenities (outdoor shower/restroom/bar, kayaks, bikes), and ideal location. Checkin was easy, instructions were thorough, and most importantly the pool was warm! The first floor can get chilly at night but management was responsive in providing a remedy. Memories made for a lifetime.

What an incredible vacation! This house has everything! Beautifully designed, decorated and maintained. There is space for everyone! We have 5 adult children, 3 have spouses and 2 granddaughters. All had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was heated and perfect for our afternoon swims. There are 2 separate laundry areas, one for beach items and one for everything else. I can’t say enough about this home. We even used the private chef night! Thank you for allowing us to have a piece of heaven this week. It was a perfect vacation!

Victory Sunset - Absolutely beautiful house! We had twelve people and this house had plenty of space for everyone. Never has a rental been so well stocked in the kitchen! With a hot tub, heated pool and kayaks, kids, teens and adults all had a great time. Great location on bay, just a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

This home was incredible - wow. It will be hard to find a better house in Avalon. This house is brand new with every amenity and the best layout for doing a family vacation. The pool is small but heats up quickly, it was great for little kids learning to swim and just a short 4 min walk to an amazing beach. Very low traffic and family friendly. I highly recommend!

Such a gorgeous place. Was here with a church women's retreat over Mother's Fay weekend. It was exactly what we all needed. Everything was pristine and beautiful. We loved the heated pool, great kitchen and awesome decks. The rooms were large and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Victory Views for the weekend and it was truly a dream. We were in Avalon for a family wedding and the house turned to be the central spot for all. The endless rooms and beautiful décor were appreciated by all that stopped by. Even with all of the rain we had over the weekend, the views were still amazing. John was a huge help in finding the perfect spot for our extended family!

My extended family and I stayed at Victory Breeze while in Avalon for a family wedding. The house is spectacular from top to bottom - there were enough bedrooms (and bathrooms) for three families plus kids. The house is beautiful and everything in it is done right - with a heated pool and located a block from the beach to boot. Great outdoor spaces to hang out in as well. John was an amazing resource throughout the entire process and always only a text away once we were checked in. We will definitely look into renting the Victory properties again! This place is spectacular. From the first moment that I arrived, I knew that this was a great idea. My friends and family are a bit picky and this is the first time that I can remember that EVERYONE was happy. We had plenty of room... the house was exactly what we needed. 2 living rooms, two decks, a beautiful back yard and walking distance to the beach and nightlife. This was our first experience with a shore-house and won't be the last. I highly recommend Victory Properties to everyone. P.S. the owner was excellent. Great customer service and was there each time that I e-mailed, text and called. Made me feel great each conversation that we had. I will be a return customer.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Victory volley this past weekend. It was a very nice house and couldn't be more happier. John was a great help to us in getting the type of rental we needed. We will certainly keep using Victory Properties and John's help whenever we need a rental. I plan on telling all my friends and family about my experience and how easy it was to make reservations and get the type of place we needed.

We used the house for a bachelorette party and it was fantastic! The "bonus room" is great if you need to get away and just sit. We had 15 women staying in the house and it was perfect! Great location, plenty of space and very clean. Would definitely rent it again. We all commented that it would be great for multi-families too.

My family and I stayed at Victory Breeze on a snowy weekend in January for my Dad's 60th and we had the time of our lives! The house was unbelievable. I was so impressed upon entering and continued to be so, as we walked around. Every detail was impeccable. There was plenty of space for all of the adults (and many littles) and the home's decor was absolutely gorgeous; it gave me ideas for my own home:) The owner, John, was incredibly easy to deal with and got back to me so quickly. When I asked for a later check out, he let us stay all day! He was fantastic! Even my brothers, whom normally like to stay alone with their families, agreed that they would love to stay there with all of us over the summer (and we are looking into that). The outside looked gorgeous too. We really could not have had a better experience. Thank you, John and Victory Breeze!

My family stayed at this beautiful property and had a faboulous time. The close proximity to the beach coupled with design features made it a house that no other can compare with. Not to mention the added feature of a pool down the shore provided my kids a great place to hang out and feel refreshed after a long day at the beach. Victory breeze is appropriately named.
