Our Story

Five generations of my family and friends have enjoyed the magic of Avalon, NJ. My earliest memories are flashes of bike riding, boogie boarding, 10-cent skee-ball, endless ice cream, and unconditional love. The tradition of summers in Avalon is like no other.
I founded Victory Properties to share my passion and love for the South Jersey shore with other families. I strive to provide luxury accommodations and opportunities for you to create your own coastal memories — the kind that stay with you long after the tan lines fade.
Today I manage the business while watching my own children create the very same memories on these beaches. Nothing makes me prouder.

We were late renting this year, so it was great to find availability through Victory. John was very accommodating and responsive during our stay. Victory Grace was clean and nicely decorated--perfect for our family.
Victory Sunrise provided an awesome home for eleven of us to enjoy a terrific week in Avalon. John and Brad were very accommodating and responsive. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our time away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful first stay with Victory Properties. We stayed at the Fudgie Wudgie rental in North Wildwood. The location was great/convenient - we could walk to the beach and boardwalk very easily. The house and fenced in yard provided plenty of space for our large family. Looking forward to booking with Victory Properties again next summer.

Just stayed at Victory Breeze NYE 2023. It was spectacular. Home was beautiful and very clean. Owner was very responsive and eager to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Can’t wait to return with friends next year!
