Our Story
Five generations of my family and friends have enjoyed the magic of Avalon, NJ. My earliest memories are flashes of bike riding, boogie boarding, 10-cent skee-ball, endless ice cream, and unconditional love. The tradition of summers in Avalon is like no other.
I founded Victory Properties to share my passion and love for the South Jersey shore with other families. I strive to provide luxury accommodations and opportunities for you to create your own coastal memories — the kind that stay with you long after the tan lines fade.
Today I manage the business while watching my own children create the very same memories on these beaches. Nothing makes me prouder.

Leave a Google reviewHave had vacation at least a couple of decades in Avalon but 65 E 28th was by far the most enjoyable. The owner had it very well equipped with everything and the view out out all windows was amazing. This was incredible seeing the ocean and the people walking up and down the boardwalk . Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beachfront vacation home, but would recommend booking very early since these homes are hard to come by.
Beautiful home with exceptional layout and well stocked. Pool and cabana well maintained. Location within 2 blocks of everything you need.Golf cart to beach and views of the harbor made the stay perfect.
