Victory Dunes

Have had vacation at least a couple of decades in Avalon but 65 E 28th was by far the most enjoyable. The owner had it very well equipped with everything and the view out out all windows was amazing. This was incredible seeing the ocean and the people walking up and down the boardwalk . Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beachfront vacation home, but would recommend booking very early since these homes are hard to come by.

Victory Park in Sea Isle was a great location with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Convenient to shopping and many restaurants. A very clean house, beautiful amenities, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this property and all of the Victory properties I have stayed in to others.

I've been coming to Avalon/Stone Harbor my entire life and I can confidently say the Dunes was the best and most magical place I've ever stayed in here! It was a dream come true! Incredible views, awesome location steps the beach and so close to attractions. The perfect place for sunrises and sunsets! We made happy memories for a lifetime and truly want to come back, every year! Thank you to our amazing hosts, we appreciate to have had the opportunity to stay at this lovely home. I had tears in my eyes leaving such a beautiful place ❤️⛱️

Our extended family of 17 had a delightful week in two fabulous houses – Victory Dunes and Victory Seashell. The beautiful, comfortable houses were well situated and well stocked with all that we needed for our reunion week. John and his team provided us with welcome assistance with beach time set-up, and the catering recommendations were the best. We can’t wait to return to Avalon!

My family and I loved the house we rented from Victory, Victory Dunes. The location was great, right off the boardwalk, steps to the beach. The house itself was absolutely lovely. We felt like we were staying at the house of a friend, or a luxury hotel, not at a rental property. It was exquisitely furnished, kitchen was truly a chef’s kitchen. Flat screen TV’s in living room and each bedroom.The owners left some very thoughtful amenities like wine, beer, Prosecco, cookies, sunscreen, playing cards, etc. and there was shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in each bathroom. John, the house manager, was very responsive. I had a question about how to operate the TV and he responded immediately, and checked in with us several times during the week. Definitely five stars!

We had a beautiful week at Victory Dunes. You cannot beat this place for the location. Stunning views. John was great to work with and very responsive in handling any kinks we had occur during our week. We will definitely be back to Avalon....
