Seas the Day is a newly built, three floor townhome in North Wildwood, designed for big family vacations and celebrations. With five bedrooms, room for 17 guests, a private in ground heated pool, and multiple decks with bay views, it feels like your own private resort, and the beach is just a short walk or bike ride away.
A three block walk brings you to Beach Access 4 on Pine Avenue, one of the area's hidden gems. At low tide a secluded sandy beach appears, perfect for relaxing and exploring, or for watching boats and jet skis come in from Stone Harbor through the calm inlet waters.
Stroll the seawall in the morning, watch for dolphins at sunrise, and end the day with bay sunsets from the decks.

The Layout
First floor:
Open foyer, private garage, powder room, laundry room, and an entertainment room with a bar and a king pull out sofa bed.
Step out to the pool, side yard, grill, and outdoor shower.
Second floor:
Main living area, gourmet kitchen, and a deck with conversation seating and a dining area. The Junior Master Suite is tucked behind the kitchen.
Third floor:
The Master Suite with walk in closet and private deck, three more bedrooms, a second laundry room, and a full bathroom.
Sleeping Arrangements
Junior Master Suite (2nd floor): King bed, full bathroom
Master Suite (3rd floor): King bed, en suite bathroom, walk in closet, private deck
Bedroom 3 (3rd floor): Twin over full bunk plus a twin trundle
Bedroom 4 (3rd floor): Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (3rd floor): Two full beds
Ground floor: King pull out sofa bed
A premium memory foam single rollaway bed can be set up in any room
Sleeps 17 in total, counting two guests on the ground floor sofa bed and one on the rollaway. There are 3 full bathrooms, a powder room, and the outdoor shower.
Included With Your Stay
Beds are freshly made for your arrival.
Each guest gets bath towels, a hand towel, washcloths.
Every bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, an iron, and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a blender, mixer, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker and filters, cooking utensils, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and crab crackers.
Good to Know
Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer.
Off season stays have a 3 night minimum, and extended Labor Day weekend and extended off season stays are available.
Guests must be at least 35 years old.
Reservations on behalf of guests who will not be staying, or for groups of minors, are not permitted.
No senior week or prom groups.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping.
A pool safety waiver is signed before check in.
Parking: 2 off street spaces in front of the house, plus free street parking on the surrounding blocks.
Fall, winter, and spring dates are available at discounted rates.
